The final report analyzes a company’s internal dynamics and execution capabilities using three key data sources: GRPI Scores, Engagement Quality Scores (EQS), and qualitative feedback:

 

📊 GRPI Scores: Assess the effectiveness of Goals, Roles, Processes, Interpersonal Relationships, and Psychological Safety. Numeric scores highlight strengths and areas for improvement.

💡 Engagement Quality Scores (EQS): Measure employee engagement by comparing the percentage of engaged vs. disengaged employees across the GRPI framework, offering insights into emotional and professional investment.

🗣️ Qualitative Feedback: Provides contextual insights into GRPI and EQS data through employee comments, revealing what works and needs improvement.

The Sound-Check Workshop: Aligning Vision, Strategy, and Execution

 

The Sound-Check Workshop takes place after the initial diagnosis phase and is delivered together with the leadership team and a selected group of key players. 

 

During the hands-on session, we’ll create the space to generate dialog and adding value discussions to bring awareness on a common perception of the starting point and how far the team wants to go, emphasizing your ambitions and growth perspectives.  

 

This exercise will bring the organization a concrete execution plan and clarity on the path towards a sustainable performance to succeed today, tomorrow and in the years to come.
